This happens when your phone setting region is different from the country you’re residing in. Please check the device region setting, App store/PlayStore region setting & your SIM region as well. Once done, clear the cache on the Gifted app and try again.
SIM Region - If your device is a dual SIM holder, please change the "Primary SIM" to the country you're residing in.
How do I change the iOS Device Region Setting?
- Click on Settings
- Select General
- Select Language & Region
- Select Region
- Search the region you're residing in on the Search Bar and click on the country
- Select Okay / Confirm
How do I change the Android PlayStore Region Setting?
- Select PlayStore
- Select your profile picture on top-right hand corner
- Select Settings
- Select General
- Select Account and Device Preference
- Select Country and Profiles
- Select the country and click Okay / Confirm
