Who is this for?
This guide is for merchants who already issue and manage their own gift cards—whether via POS terminals, APIs, or third-party gift card platforms—and would like to distribute those gift cards through Gifted’s marketplace.
Overview
Already have a gift card system in place? Great! Gifted allows you to expand your reach by selling your branded gift cards to both consumers and businesses across Europe. Here’s how to get started:
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Contact Us
Reach out via our Merchant Contact Form or send us an email at onoffboard@getgifted.com to express your interest.
2. Our Team Will Guide You Through Signup
Once we hear from you, a member of our onboarding team will reach out and walk you through the process step by step.
3. Sign the Merchant Agreement
You’ll receive a digital agreement that outlines:
Commission structure and payout schedule
Branding rights and marketplace visibility

Terms related to customer support and fraud resolution
4. Provide Gift Card Specifications
We’ll request the following details to configure your card logic:
Format (PDF, URL, numeric code, barcode, etc.)
Available denominations (e.g., 100 / 250 / 500 SEK or flexible)
Validity rules (e.g., expiration dates, country or region limitations)
5. Redemption Instructions
Let us know how your gift cards are redeemed—online, in-store, or both. Please include clear instructions and, if possible, screenshots or redemption flow visuals.
6. Share Test Cards
For quality assurance, we’ll request 2–3 test codes so our team can verify formatting, redemption functionality, and visual display across devices.
7. Brand Listing Setup
To present your brand attractively on Gifted, please send:
A high-resolution logo (we can help design or format this for you)
A header/banner image (we’re happy to assist with this too)
A short brand description (1–2 sentences)
Any redemption restrictions (e.g., “Not valid on discounted items”)
8. Go Live on Gifted!
Once everything is approved and tested, your brand will go live on our marketplace—accessible to both individuals and business customers (B2B/B2G).
9. Track Sales & Redemptions
You’ll receive regular reports and/or access to a merchant dashboard. Payments are issued monthly unless otherwise agreed.
