Step-by-Step Guide
1. Reach Out to Us
Email us at onoffboard@getgifted.com or fill in our Merchant Contact Form to get started.
2. Complete the Merchant Onboarding Form
Once we receive your request, you’ll get a secure form to submit key details about your business — including logo, preferred gift card values, redemption method, and contact info.
3. Get Your Merchant Credentials + User Guide
After onboarding, we’ll send your login credentials to the Gifted Merchant Portal, along with a simple user manual that covers:
Commission and payout structure
Brand presentation and usage
Gift card redemption flow
Support handling and terms
4. Gift Card Setup by Gifted
We’ll design and configure your gift card with:
Custom branding (logo, banner, visuals)
Built-in redemption logic and expiry handling
Secure delivery and tracking
5. Launch on the Gifted Marketplace
Your gift cards will go live and be visible to:
Everyday shoppers
Companies running campaigns
Public sector organizations
6. Monitor Sales & Get Paid
You’ll receive:
A regular summary of sales, redemptions, and balance status
Monthly payouts (unless a custom schedule is agreed)
