Overview of B2C, B2B, and Public Tender distribution channels
Overview
Once your gift cards are listed on Gifted, they become available across multiple sales channels—maximizing exposure and increasing your chances of reaching both individual and organizational buyers.
Here’s how we distribute your gift cards:
1. B2C (Consumer Sales)
Your gift cards are featured on the Gifted consumer marketplace, available via our network of trusted sales partners across Europe.
These platforms are visited by everyday users who purchase digital gift cards for:
Birthdays, holidays, and personal occasions
Last-minute gifts
Special promotions or campaigns
Delivery is instant via email or SMS, and redemption can be tracked in real time (depending on your setup).
2. B2B (Corporate Sales)
Companies across Europe use Gifted for:
Employee wellness & recognition programs
Client and partner gifts
Marketing promotions or seasonal campaigns
These orders are typically larger in volume and may include scheduled delivery, branded messaging, and bulk recipient uploads.
3. B2G (Public Sector & Tender Sales)
Gifted works with numerous public-sector organizations and universities through procurement frameworks.
If your brand is selected for these tenders, your gift cards may be purchased for:
Staff or faculty appreciation
Student stipends and incentives
Government-backed employee gifting programs
Payout & Reporting
Regardless of the sales channel:
You’ll receive detailed order and redemption breakdowns
Reports are shared monthly (or as agreed)
Payouts follow the schedule outlined in your Merchant Agreement
