If a customer approaches you with a Gifted gift card and you're unsure how it works—or you’re not aware of a partnership with Gifted—here’s what you need to know:
We are directly partnered with Bokadirekt, and in these cases, Gifted issues Bokadirekt-compatible gift codes to customers. These codes are used by the customer to book an appointment directly via Bokadirekt at your location.
How Customers Use Their Gifted Card
Customers must:
Open their gift card via the Gifted app or through the web link they received via email or SMS.
Click “Show Code” on the gift card to reveal the actual Bokadirekt gift code.
Enter that code on your Bokadirekt booking page when making an appointment.
Important Notes
If a customer shows a 10-digit number, that is not the usable gift code. It is the internal Gift Card ID.

To access the correct code, they must:
Scan the QR code on their printed/emailed gift card, or
Click the web link included in their gift card email or SMS.
Once they click “Show Code”, the redeemable Bokadirekt gift code will be displayed. That is the code they should input when booking their appointment through Bokadirekt.
