If there was a Gift Card delivery failure, it could be because you entered an incorrect
phone number or there was a technical problem.
Please make sure you double or triple check if the phone number is correct. We have
no control over Gift Cards that are delivered to incorrect numbers and then used by
someone else.
If your phone number was entered correctly but your Gift Card hasn’t arrived, please
reach out to Gifted Support and we’ll gladly help find a solution!
