best gifting experience.
● Poor WiFi connection? If you’re using a restricted WiFi connection, please switch
to a mobile data connection.
● Content blockers installed on your device? Turn off any content blockers or
privacy extensions that may be installed.
Most other issues can be resolved by closing the app entirely and reopening
iOS: Double tap the home button, slide up and close the app
Android: Long press and hold the home button, swipe right to close the app
You can also try closing any unwanted programs that are running in the background, as
this will free up your device's available memory.
