One of the most common reasons for it could be your internet connection. Check your connection and try again. If the issue persists, please reach out to our Support team, and we’d be happy to help.

We offer you many different ways to pay and we’re always working on adding more. Currently we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and any local payment methods such as Swish in Sweden, iDeal in the Netherlands, and more. 

Note: When your debit/credit card is authorised, to protect you from fraud and unnecessary hassle, your funds are put on hold until the transaction is completed. Please do not close the page until your payment process is complete. When the order is complete, the Gift Card is delivered to your mobile phone via SMS.

You can order up to ten Gift Cards on a single order. If you’d like to order more than ten Gift Cards, please visit our Business webshop. 

Gifted card delivery happens almost instantly but sometimes things could happen and it can take up to 5 hours to process. We appreciate your patience!
