We’re sorry to hear that! Let’s try the following quick fixes, to get you going;
 
● Have you got the latest version? Make sure your Gifted app is updated for the
best gifting experience.
● Poor WiFi connection? If you’re using a restricted WiFi connection, please switch
to a mobile data connection.
● Content blockers installed on your device? Turn off any content blockers or
privacy extensions that may be installed.
 
Most other issues can be resolved by closing the app entirely and reopening
iOS: Double tap the home button, slide up and close the app
Android: Long press and hold the home button, swipe right to close the app
 
You can also try closing any unwanted programs that are running in the background, as
this will free up your device's available memory.

The Gifted app is currently available in all countries except Hungary, Russia, Romania, Turkey, India, Brazil, China, Pakistan, Taiwan, Tajikistan.

If there was a Gift Card delivery failure, it could be because you entered an incorrect
phone number or there was a technical problem.
 
Please make sure you double or triple check if the phone number is correct. We have
no control over Gift Cards that are delivered to incorrect numbers and then used by
someone else.
 
If your phone number was entered correctly but your Gift Card hasn’t arrived, please
reach out to Gifted Support and we’ll gladly help find a solution!
 

Make sure you have the latest version of the Gifted app. Sometimes, the Gift Card (link) may not open in the app due to a poor WiFi connection, WiFi restrictions, Content/ ad-Blockers or App restrictions.
 
You can also try closing any unwanted programs that are running in the background, as this will free up your device's available memory.

Go to the “Cards” section in the Gifted app and select the used/ revealed Gift Card you
would like to remove. Tap on the Delete Card button to remove the card from the app.
