Can I Get a Refund for a Gifted Gift Card?

Gifted Gift Cards are non-refundable once they have been activated and the gift code has been revealed. Our refund policy applies only to unused (unrevealed) gift cards. Once activated, a Gifted Gift Card cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds for Items Purchased Using a Gifted Gift Card

Once a Gift Card has been redeemed, the refund process for any items purchased using the gift card is solely governed by the merchant’s refund policy.

If you have returned an item purchased with a Gifted Gift Card, we recommend:

• Checking the Merchant’s Refund Policy - Each merchant has its own refund policy regarding items purchased with gift cards.
   
• Contacting the Merchant Directly - If eligible for a refund, the merchant will process the refund according to their policies.
   
• Understanding How Refunds are Issued - Depending on the merchant’s policy, refunds may be credited back to your gift card, issued as store credit, or refunded via another method.
