Why Was My Card Cancelled?
Sometimes our system cancels a gift card automatically to protect against fraud. This is a security step to keep your money safe.
How to Fix It
To reactivate your card, we’ll just need a proof of payment from you. This could be:

A screenshot showing the payment from your bank or card provider
If you didn’t buy the gift card yourself (for example, it was a gift from your employer, a company, or a colleague), that’s totally fine — just send us your 10-digit gift card ID instead.
