Once you reveal the code on your chosen brand gift card, the full balance is transferred to that code. From that point on, the remaining balance is managed by the merchant—not on the Gifted platform.

How to Check Your Remaining Balance

Check with the Merchant Directly

• Online balance checker: Some brands offer a tool on their website where you can enter the gift code to see the remaining balance.

• Customer support: You can also contact the brand’s customer service by phone, email, or live chat to get the latest balance information.

If You’ve Already Revealed the Code

This means:

• The value is no longer visible in the Gifted app or web portal.

• The balance is now linked to the brand gift card code, and only the merchant can confirm what remains.
