Why This Might Happen
There are a few reasons your gift card might appear as used:
- You or someone else may have already redeemed the gift code by mistake.
- The brand or merchant system may incorrectly mark the code as used.
- There could be a technical issue or a failed transaction that flagged the code.
What You Can Do
Please send us the following so we can verify the code status and investigate further:
- The 10-digit Gift Card ID or the gift code (if you’ve revealed it)
- A screenshot of the error you’re seeing at checkout
- The name of the brand/merchant where you're trying to use the code
