Manually Unwrapping Your Gift Card via the Web

If you prefer not to use the app or are facing any technical issues, you can unwrap your gift card manually through the web. Just follow the steps below:

Step 1: Go to the Manual Unwrapping Page

Visit: https://redeem.getgifted.com

Step 2: Enter Your Card Details

• Card ID: You’ll find this on the gift card PDF or the link you received.

• PIN: This is the 4-digit code that came with your gift card. You can find it in the PDF or on the physical gift card.

If you received a gift card link and can’t locate the PIN, please reach out to our support team.

Step 3: Click “View my gift”

Once you’ve entered the Card ID and PIN, click "Submit".
You’ll be taken to a confirmation screen — click the “View my gift” icon to access your gift card.
