How to Check the Balance on My Gift Cards (Business client)

You can easily check the balance on your gift cards by accessing it through the
Gifted app or on the web.

Open the Gifted app on your device.
Tap on the gift card you want to check.
If the card has already been revealed, the balance is tied to the code displayed.
If not, it will show the available balance on the card directly.

Go to: https://redeem.getgifted.com
Enter your Card ID and 4-digit PIN.
Once the card is loaded, if the code is not yet revealed, you’ll see the remaining balance.
If the code is revealed, the balance has been transferred to the gift code.

Important Notes

If the card has already been revealed, the balance is tied to the code displayed. You will have to check the balance in your gift code through the merchant.
Some merchants have built-in gift code balance checkers on their website.
Alternatively, you can reach out to their support channels to check the balance.
