If your employee or recipient has received their Gifted card details separately — such as by email, PDF, or a printed card — they can manually add the card to the Gifted App for easier access and use. This ensures the card is securely stored and available at their fingertips whenever needed.
Download the Gifted App
To get started, the recipient should download the Gifted App from their preferred app store:
Step-by-Step Instructions to Add a Card Manually

Open the Gifted App on your mobile device.

Tap the “+” icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Enter your 10-digit Card ID.

Enter the 4-digit PIN.

Tap “Add Card”.
Once added, the gift card will appear in the app. Depending on the card type, recipients can:

View the remaining balance

Select a brand (if it’s a swap card)

Reveal the redemption code
