What Does “Revealed Code” / “Activated Code” Mean? (For Business Clients)

When a recipient clicks the “Reveal Code” button on their selected brand gift card, the card is considered revealed or activated. This means the gift code has been displayed and is now ready for use.

How the Reveal Process Works

1. The recipient selects a brand using their Gifted Plus card.

2. On the selected brand card, they click “Reveal Code.”

3. A confirmation popup appears, clearly stating that once the code is revealed, the action is final and cannot be undone.

4. If the recipient clicks “Continue”, the code is shown and considered active.

By revealing the code, the recipient accepts our Terms & Conditions and acknowledges that the card is now locked to the selected brand and cannot be exchanged, refunded, or reversed.

Why This Is Important

This security step is designed to prevent misuse and protect the integrity of each gift card. Once revealed, the code is live and treated as fully redeemed — even if it hasn’t been used at the store or website yet.

Until the code is revealed, the balance remains flexible and the recipient can still choose a different brand.
