Try searching your inbox for terms like “Gifted”, “presentkort”, or “gåvokort” to locate the email.
Step 2: How You Contacted Us Matters
We treat your privacy and gift security seriously. Here’s how we handle the issue depending on how you reached out:
1. You contacted us from the same email address where the gift card was supposed to be delivered
We can verify and resend your gift card to the same email address.
In most cases, we will also attach the gift card or provide a link for easy access.
2. You contacted us from a different email address than the one the gift card was sent to
We’ll need to verify some additional information before we can resend your gift card.
Please provide the following:
- The original email address the card was meant for
- Your name or order reference number (if available)
- Any proof of payment or confirmation email (optional, but helpful)
Once verified, we’ll resend the gift card to the original recipient email address.
What if There Was a Typo?
If the gift card was sent to the wrong email address due to a typo, don’t worry.
As long as we can confirm you're the intended recipient or the original buyer, we can update the address and resend the gift card.
