If you or your recipient hasn’t received a Gifted gift card via email, don’t worry. We’re here to assist and make sure the gift reaches the right person.
Step 1: Check All Email Folders
Our gift cards are sent instantly via email, but in some cases, they may end up in:
- Spam or junk folders
- Promotions/Other tabs (especially in Gmail)
- Trash folder
We recommend searching for “Gifted” or the subject line used when sending.
Step 2: Depending on Who Reached Out
If your organization contacted us using the same email address as on the order:
We’ll resend the gift card to that address and include the access link if needed.
If your inquiry comes from a different address:
We kindly ask for the following to verify the order before resending:
- The email address originally used for the order
- Organization name and reference if applicable
- Order confirmation or payment receipt (optional but helpful)
Once verified, we’ll resend the gift card to the correct recipient address.
What if there was a typo in the email?
If the gift card was sent to an incorrect address due to a typo, and we can confirm the request is legitimate, we’ll correct the address and resend the card.
