If you’d like to send the same gift card to multiple people — for example, to your team or organization — you don’t need to fill in each email address or phone number one by one.
We offer a bulk delivery option that makes it simple and efficient
Delivery Options
The Multiple Recipients delivery option is available only for Email and SMS deliveries (Digital gift cards).
For Physical Gift Cards, you can only deliver to one single address — the cards will be sent together to that address, and you can distribute them to recipients yourself.
If you have a special case where physical cards need to be delivered to multiple recipients, please contact us and we’ll review the possibility.
How to Use the Multiple Recipient Flow
Step 1: Switch to the Multiple Recipient Flow
On the page titled “Who do you want to send this email to?”, select “Multiple” at the top left.

A confirmation popup will appear saying:
“You are about to switch to the multiple recipients flow. Are you sure you want to proceed?”
Click Continue to proceed.

Step 2: Upload Your Recipient List
Once you’ve switched to the multiple recipient flow, you’ll be asked to upload a file with your recipient details.
1. Upload the Excel List
Click “Upload Excel List” on the screen:

2. Download the Template
In the pop-up window, click “Download template” to get our pre-formatted Excel sheet.

3. Fill in the Template
The downloaded file will look like this:

Enter the recipient information in each row:

4. Upload the Completed File
After entering the details, go back to the upload window and either:
Drag and drop your file, or
Click “Upload file” to select it from your computer.
Once uploaded successfully, your recipients will appear in the list and the order can proceed.
Step 3: Review and Schedule Your Delivery
After you’ve uploaded your Excel file, the system will automatically validate all entries and display them in a summary table.

1. Review and Edit Your Recipient List
If there are any issues in the file format or missing details, they’ll be highlighted in red.
To add a new recipient manually, click the “+” icon at the top right of the list.
To edit or delete an entry, use the pen (✏️) or trash bin (🗑️) icons beside each recipient.
When all entries are correct, click the back arrow in the top left corner to return to the previous page.
2. Validated Records and Gift Card Count
You’ll now see your uploaded file displayed with confirmation details showing:
Total gift cards in the order and
Validated records (successfully processed recipients)

3. Schedule Your Delivery (Optional)
By default, gift cards are sent instantly after payment.
If you’d like to schedule delivery for a future date or time:
Click “Schedule Delivery” on the top right.
Choose your preferred date and time.
Click Save to confirm.

Note: Gift cards will be delivered automatically within an hour of your scheduled time.
4. Proceed to Checkout
Click the orange arrow icon at the bottom right to continue.
You’ll be taken through:
Order Confirmation and
Buyer Details pages
Once you confirm and complete payment, your gift cards will be delivered instantly or on the scheduled date.
