Yes — in some cases, we can help your organization transfer the balance back to the original Gifted Plus card, as long as the selected brand gift card hasn’t been revealed yet.
When Is a Balance Transfer Possible?
You can request a transfer back to the main card if:

The brand gift card has not been revealed

You’d like to select a different brand or adjust the amount within the same brand
Once we receive confirmation, we’ll cancel the selected brand card and issue a new Gifted Plus card for the same amount — giving your recipients full flexibility again.
When Is It Not Possible?
A balance transfer back is not possible if:

The gift card has already been revealed

The recipient has clicked “Reveal Code” and accessed the brand code
Once revealed, the balance is securely transferred to a unique code that cannot be altered, reversed, or reused.
What Does “Revealed” Mean?
A gift card is considered revealed once the recipient clicks the “Reveal Code” button and sees the brand-specific code.
