If a recipient downloads the Gifted app using the gift card link but the card does not appear automatically, this can usually be resolved quickly by following a few simple steps.
Quick Troubleshooting Steps
Ask the recipient to try the following:

Disable any ad blockers: Some mobile ad-blocking apps or browser extensions may interfere with the app’s ability to sync the gift card.

Switch network connections: Try switching from Wi-Fi to mobile data (or vice versa) to refresh the connection.
Alternative Access Options
If the gift card still doesn't appear, the recipient has two other ways to access it:

Manually Add the Gift Card to the App
They can enter the Card ID and PIN directly within the app.

The card can also be accessed through a secure web link without using the app.
